How to request deletion

To request deletion of data connected to Spotit Wound Care, email lynda.chidi@medholic.net with the subject line Spotit data deletion request.

Please include the email address used to request access or sign in to Spotit, and a short note confirming what data you want reviewed or deleted.

Data that may be deleted

Depending on the account and approved deployment, deletion may include access request details, account information, demo workflow entries, and app records connected to the requesting user or organisation.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, legal, safeguarding, clinical governance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or regulatory reasons. Retention will follow the applicable organisation policy and legal requirements.

Response time

Requests will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. For organisation deployments, the relevant organisation may need to verify the request before deletion is completed.

Real patient information

Spotit should not be used with real patient information unless an organisation has completed its own GDPR, DPIA, information governance, clinical safety, pilot testing, and local approval process.
